Analysis of garlic oil spray

Dear sir :-Iam achemist
but I didnot made any chromatographic analysis before
Now I had an emulsion solution (ccontaining Garlic extract ; fatty soap ; mint oil ; vegetable oil )
I need to make HPLC analysis to it
But specialist told me that the soln must to be clear ; completly soluble; and must be solublized in non polar solution
My prepation is on emulsion form
and I need aprocedure to make HPLC analysis to it in this form
Can I do and how ?
