Hi!!
In the ICH guideline there is no limit for triethylamine on the drug substances. Does any one has any toxical data for the solvent?
Please give me some advise from anyone who has an experience for this solvent and establishing the specification.

Also, what kinds of GC column will be efficient in analyzing for the solvents followings at once using FID.
- Triethylamine, 2-Butanol, Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone.

Thanks for your attention in advance

Elution order on capillary column with apolar (polydimethylsiloxane) stationary phase: methanol, ethanol, acetone, sec-butanol, triethylamine (40°C -> 100°C).
