Masshunter Qualitative Analysis Software

We recently bought Agilent 6230 q-TOF with Masshunter software for oligonucleotide study. Can anyone help me with the data processing. I have already downloaded Masshunter user manual but still I am not getting exact idea for what will be the proper way to process data. It's too difficult as I didn't find any option for multiple sample data processing like chemstation macros. Every time I have to load data file and I have to process individually.
