Fatty Acid Standard Kits

Dear Friends,

Perhaps some of you can help me locate suppliers of fatty acid kits. I am interested in those C16 to C30 ones (either free acid or methyl esters). I have trouble finding suppliers of these sample kits particularly those containing polyunsaturated C18 and heavier ones with cis/trans isomers.

The most complete supplier of which I am aware is Nu-Chek Prep. You can check them out online at "www.nu-chekprep.com". Please note the spelling. Phone numbers (507) 267-4689 or (507) 267-4790. Be sure to ask for one of their catalogues.

Cayman Chemical Co (www.CaymanChem.com ?) had some weirdoes among the more normal, also Cascade Biochem Ltd and Oxford Biomedical Research, Inc. (still exist?, last catalogs I have are from 1995).
