Grace Prevail Organic Acid Column

Hello,
I am trying to find chromatographic (LC) conditions for assay of picolininc acid using Prevail Organic Acid Column made by Grace. I tried various mobile phases and conditions but I still have no luck elluting the PA. It either sticks on the column or ellutes in a void volume. Unfortunately column manufacturing has been discontinued and technical support has been canceled. Have anybody used this column before?
