I have some strange baseline behavior. At the end of a sample run, the baseline seems to hang at an elevated level until a blank run is initiated. About 2 minutes into the blank run the baseline jumps (steeply) back down to its original level.

I am running an Omegawax 320 through a temperature program from 65C to 195 and then to 225C. Hexane if the solvent. The entire run lasts about 55 minutes. Does anyone know why the baseline hangs at the end of the sample run? Thanks
