where to get support for KromaSystem (Geminyx) software

I’m working with a lab in Mongolia as part of a development grant to improve their capabilities relative to HPLC analysis. The goal is that they will then be able to monitor for subpotent pharmaceutical formulations; a problem in the country already documented through outside lab analysis. As part of this grant the lab received donated Krontron equipment run with KromaSystem 2000 software.

I’ve not used KromaSystem before and there are some things I need it to do that I can not figure out even with the manual. Right now I need help with the grouping and summing of peaks. (One drug has two active components and the peaks need to be summed. We’re doing it using a spreadsheet right now but the manual implies the software itself can do this.)

Where can I get technical support (in English if possible) for this software?

Thanks,
Cory

I am sorry to inform, but Kontron closed back in 1998, after its bankruptcy...

If you are unable to find your way, I would recommend to buy another data system.

There is a company in France that you can find at www.datalys.net that has quite competitively priced systems. Talk with Sylvain Beaulieu and he might get you a very good price for that.

Good luck!
Thank you for posting a reply. I appreciate the courtesy as I will know not to continue to look for a support site.
Actually, after Kontron went into receivership, it was purchased by a company in the UK, Sci-Tek Instruments Ltd. They still very much support the instruments, and in fact also have stock of new Kontron instruments for sale. I know this as I used to work for them, and am still in contact with them.

Their details:

Sci-Tek Instruments Ltd
