Can anyone help me with some information regarding HILIC separation? I tried to separate proanthocyanindins on HILIC column (kinetex HILIC unbounded silica) with different mobile phases : acetonitrile/ammonium acetate buffer pH=5.8 or acetonitrile/ ammonium formiate buffer pH=3.2 or acetonitrile/formic acid 0.5% and I couldn t get any results, only a large single peak. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you
