Hello everyone!

Just wanna ask if anyone of you knows the procedure for cleaning up the HPLC injector after pre-column derivatization using OPA-3MPA. I'll appreciate any feedback. thanks!

All the components of the reaction are soluble in water-methanol mixes. Some polyamine derivatives may need extra washing with straight methanol. You should use the rinse function of your autosampler after each injection. If you are also using the autosamper to prepare the derivatives, rinse after the mixing operation. For a manual injector, flush it with the valve in each position.
