Hi,

I am trying to set up quantitation database for 5975/6890 system. I would like to prepare a series solutions of C16 of different concentrations (with same concentration of C12 as internal standard). If there is no internal standard, I am OK and I can have the plot of response as a function of C16 concentration. But when I use C12 as internal standard, it only can plot the first level of C16/C12 ratio. and I would like to have a plot of C16/C12 ratio for different concentration of C16. I tried to append C16 a couple of times with different levels, but I can not get the plot of C16/C12 ratio for different concentrations of C16. Please tell me how to do it.

Thanks in advance. Very Happy

what CDS are you using and what version?
