Correction Factor for Thermometer

Can anyone suggest me how to apply correction factor for calibrated thermometer.
The observed value for a thermometer with range -10 to 110° are, for example
Actual 0.0°C Observed 0.1°C
Actual25.0°C Observed 25.2°C
Actual50.0°C Observed 50.3°C
Actual75.0°C Observed 75.0°C
Actual100.0°C Observed 100.1°C
In one guideline i read that thermometer should be calibrated for minimum 5 equally space points.
So if we calibrate thermometer for above points how the correction factor will be applied?
Since calibrated from 0-100, can we use this thermemeter for less than 0 and more than 100, if yes what will be correction factor?
If any referance availableon net pls share.
