Hallo

Do you know which companies produce HPLC columns with inernal diameter of 3,2mm? I have checked with Agilent, Waters, Merck and Phenomenex with no success.

Best regards

We have purchased 3.0 mm i.d. HPLC columns from Thermo Keystone, but they're not 3.2 mm ........is that close enough? If it's for a standard validated procedure, if the same packing and linear velocity is retained, I'd bet you could document to your file that would be considered tweaking. You can't use what's not available.
ESA Inc. (www.esainc.com) sells standard C18 columns (3 um particle size) in both the 80 x 3.2 and 150 x 3.2 mm size. They also sell some additional 3.2 mm columns for specialized applications (acetylcholine, DHBA, etc.).

Hope this helps...
