Analising riboflavine phosphate sodium

Dear members of this forum,

I am analysing riboflavina phosphate sodium and two vitamins more in a medicinal product with a gradient (phosphate buffer with hexansulfonic acid pH 3.0 is the aqueous phase and acetonitrile).
It starts in the relation 96:4 and finish 80:20; the first is the aqueous phase. When the peak of riboflavine is eluted appears with a good resolution a short peak which has the same spectrum of riboflavine.
I think is very difficult a problem with the stationary phase because I would look a shoulder or a peak with not a good simetry but I am looking a two peaks with a good resolution.
In the past I have to analyse permetrin and the chromatogram showed two peaks and there were two geometric isomers (cis and trans).
I would appreciate any help in order to solve this problem,
