Hi All,

Would appreciate any help. We are currently having an issue with out empower for only one sample set it seems. When we process our results using our processing method (which we have used before successfully), no results are generated in the result tab, and no curve is generated in the curve tab. Does anyone have any idea what is going on, and how to fix this? We tried using a different processing method on the same sample set and it still didn't work, also tried processing individually under the injections tab and it didn't work.

two things to check

A) check if there is enough free tablespace for the project (>10 MB)
-> configure system/project properties
-> increase if necessary
B) if your channels are of 3D type like PDA spectra you need a method set for processing

Hollow is right on the money. Be advised also that not having enough table space can also affect reporting - in some cases even though you have processed results, they will not print out in a report unless you have enough space. I learned this the hard way....!

Right - and always have a look at the message center when things go pear-shaped.
