A '' thermal shutdown '' error may cause this , possible causes : faulty cooling fan ( at the back of the injection port ), faulty temperature sensor or heating element.

Is Agilent logo the only information from GC display ?
Any information about Power On Selftest ?

Thank you guys for the quick support

this is what happens at the self-test Image

then the Agilent logo displayed then the device turns off

no other notifications are displayed

there is 2 red and 1 orange lights at the back of the device

I don't know what does this mean ?

I was hoping for a kind of error notification on the display.
Unfortunately selftest won't help with diagnosing.

As mentioned in the other thread, can you please check your line voltage?

This problem will require the replacement of the GC mainboard.
