Excel reports and working with macros...help?

Hello,
How we've worked in the past using Masshunter, using 1 batch to report ~60 quantitive compound results, extracting the table data to Excel and then formatting relatively easily using simple macros to achieve a good looking report.
Now we've extended our number of compounds and we're using 3 standards, with congruent (is that the right word) compounds so we can use them as ICVs to each other.
The problem is that I'm getting 3 different excel files, and I need to make them into 1 (deleting duplicates), this is beyond my knowledge of excel macros.
Can anyone please help?
