SEC Columns HELP !!!

I am looking for SEC Columns (Aqueous & organic). Molecular weight of compounds in my analyte ranges from 200 to more than

2, 00,000. Can anyone help me out with following:

Which columns specifications can be suggested for this wide range of molecular weights?
What is the relation between Pore size and molecular weight for SEC?
Can the columns be used in series to separate this wide range of molecular weights? Please suggest the series.
Can I use mixed pore size column (extended bed or liner columns with varied pore sizes).

can you suggest appropriate guard columns also.

For years I use both Waters and TosoHaas (?) gel permeation columns. Waters website has all the information on the columns. Good luck.

I tried to post this before, but at the time, the website had some problems.

You can find calibration curves of standards in the catalogues or on the websites of the major column suppliers. In the old times, one would have used a bank of different pore size columns for covering this molecular weigth range. Today the suppliers have mixed-bed or "linear" columns with a linear calibration curve over such ranges, and they are more popular than the older sets of columns.

For a brief introduction, you can look at the Waters catalogue on page 162 through 166, or go on the website. The GPC column section ranges from page 162 to 178.
