Our PE autosampler isn't working correctly. When system is initializing it goes to wash, the needle goes down and the tower makes a grinding noise - There isn't any error - but when I send sample it isn't making injection. Any ideas? Maybe someone can send me service manual ?
Thanks
Marek
Check if the syringe is installed correctly.

I let it inject a whole sequence at one point, was going to analyze the data and my peaks were nowhere to be found. It took me some time to figure out the top of the syringe wasn't attached to the tower, it was moving like normal but injecting nothing at all.
Unfortunately, it is not syringe
