hello,

we have a agilent 1100 HPLC, where can I modify my method that the HPLC (pump) turn automatically off after certain runs?

Thanks,
Mike
It's been a while since I've used Chemstation but I think there is a built-in macro for shutdown called PUMPOFF or something similar. You should find it in a drop down menu in the pop up box that appears when you start your run.

Yes, it's in the Sequence Parameters. You can turn off the pump, you can turn off the lamp(s), or you can turn all off, after the sequence has completed.

If you really want the pump to shut off after certain runs, make as a separate matching method but program pump to zero flow at the time desired.
