Does anyone know how to set up the custom field to calculate the linear curve ?

In processing method's components tab, name your standard peak(s), add retention times, choose linear or linear through zero fit type.
In sample set method, set function to "Inject standards" and either "normal" or "do not process or report" for Processing for each standard (whose Labels should start with "S"). If you choose the latter, include a Calibrate line for standards at the end of the sample set method, followed by a Quantitate line for samples (unless you go with "Normal" for them).
Collect and process your data.

There is absolutely no need of a custom field for any of this.
