Problem with EZChrome elite 3.5.1

Hi; I am using EZhrome elite 3.5.1b on windows xp for my hitachi amino acid analyzer L8900. The software while running shows an error message that "EChrome encountered a problem and needs to close" and after that it stops acquiring data (usually after 10 minutes of a run). I will highly appreciate if someone helps in this regard.

HI, the software version you are using is an adapted one from Hitachi/VWR. Our latest EZChrom version is 3.3.2 SP2 for Windows XP/7 32 bit.
Then we moved over to OpenALB EZCHrom in the more modern UI and 64 bit support.

As these error can come from the adapted EZChrom and/or from the Hitachi driver, I suggest you contact Hitachi/VWR.
The VWR team in Germany is in general pretty good with EZChrom and might be your best resource.

Ezchrom Elite 3.5.1b don't exactly, it only Ezchrom Elite 3.17 or 3.18b or 3.2 or 3.3 for Hitachi L-8900.

message that "EzChrom encountered a problem and needs to close" and after that it stops acquiring data ....., it virus or windows have problem, please remove Ezchrom Elite and install again, remember that you must backup licence key before remove Ezchrom Elite
