Hi all
What is the best way to clean c8 column contaminant with dichloromethane, knowing that mobile phase is 95/5 H2O/ACN
Wash with 100% ACN at least 10 column volumes. Then switch to DCM since ACN is soluble in DCM.

Why are you using DCM on a C8 non-polar column?
The extracted samples some times contaminant with DCM
