Sallybeetle,

Thanks,

I did not respond to you on time so the thread is locked and I don't have your email. We have a wall chart which is a hard copy of step-by-step guide you saw on the website. It can be handy for you

Here is the link for the wall chart on column selection (based on properties of compounds):

If you provide me with your address I can mail you the chart (or email pdf version).

Regards,

Vlad

P.S. My apologies to people on this board, I have no other way to communicate this to Sallybeetle.
I don't think the general recommendation should be to surf the Internet or to contact suppliers.

Most important must be to study the chemical structure of the analyte and the compounds that need to be separated from it.
If that does not give a clue an old fashioned textbook is probably needed to get an idea on what direction to go. Based on this the scientific literature provides an enormous source of knowledge and rough applications. Then it is time to scrutinize suppliers websites and catalogs to find the suitable alternative for the particular application.

Vlad, Do you really think that Sallybeetle, that is appear quite often on the Forum, can have missed you?

Dear Einar,

I was just simply responding to the following comment from Sallybeetle in regards to the references I provided:

Sallybeetle wrote:

"Thank you SIELC_Tech for the website references. I have looked for something like this on the web for years."

At that time we did not have a wall chart equivalent for Step-By-Step guide and I felt like I can give an update. By the way few other people from this board found our chart interesting.

Regards,

Vlad
