Waters ACQUITY TQD - Unsteady ion source temperature

Dear all,
The source temperature keeps vary from 70 to 150 degree C.
We already replace the ion block heater and find that the pin and block is not perfectly contact (there is once that block cannot heat up due to bad contact.....)
Already ask for engineer's opinion and we may need to replace the pin, but our budget is limited.....
I would like to ask for your help & suggestions.
