older version of the microGC 3000 injection issues

I have an older version of a microGC 3000. It has 4 columns and meant for quick analysis of light volatiles (C1-C4) including CO, CO2 etc. Very nice and we use it all the time.
When injecting a gas sample online (after calibrating all gases) I get about 101%, if an injection occurs immediately after, I see a 2% drop. If the online injection occurs about an hour later I get beck the 101%. I think its is part of the injection process as all the peaks seem to be affected the same way -i.e. the peak area is about 98% from the previous injection. I may be splitting hairs here, but it's odd and I would rather it not get any worse.
