320-MS power board manifold heater failure

Hello all
Following a voltage spike (due to my boss fiddling with the electricity !!) my 320MS has been out of action for several months. Having replaced some obviously fried components I now have a last (?) intractable problem - the manifold temperature readout is stuck on zero, and the heater cartridges do not power up.
The temperature sensor screwed to the manifold close to the turbopump cooling fan is feeding mV to Jack 9 on the power board and the thermostat on the bottom of the manifold at back right is passing current.
All the other diagnostics pass.
Bruker suggests swapping the power board, easy for them to say - they are not at the end of the tar road in southern Africa with no budget for major repairs (what happened to the budget is another story).
Does anyone have a magic fix for this ? - every other heated zone works perfectly so whatever it is has affected only the manifold heaters and readout.
Does anyone have a retired or damaged 320MS that could live on as an organ donor ?
Peter
