Hi All,
I'm researching the quechers extraction method and I was looking for general opinions of anyone using it currently.
My work will be on leaves, peels and roots etc.
I also wonder whether if it might be necessary to have a flameproof centrifuge - since acetonitrile is being used?
Does anyone know of a supplier? I have looked on web for a bit - can only find industrial sized.
Have a cool weekend 8)

SpeedVacs may come in an explosion-proof version.

I'm pretty sure Steve Lehotay doesn't have a "flame-proof" centrifuge. Centrifuge acetonitrile is usually not a problem if your tubes are capped.
