standard mixture co-elution

Hi,
we have a new LCQTOFMS system. I have run 18 standards individually and i was able detect all of them. the retention times was very close for some of the compounds (at a difference of 0.001 min for a few). Then i prepared a mix of them at same concentration and i was able to detect only 7 compounds. i am using agilent mass hunter qualiatative analysis software to detect the molecular features. is there some kind of co-suppression happening due to too close elution or is there something to tweak in the software or the gradient needs to be extended. Can somebody provide some inputs. Thanks.
