Is it possible to scan a spectrum of a sample using the Varian 9050 Variable Wavelength UV-VIS Detector? If yes, how is it done? I don't have the manual. I would like to get the manual but it seems it is not in the internet. Could somebody make a copy and send me the manual?

Never used Varian 9050 detector. But variable wavelength detector (VWD) cannot provide full spectrum. You need DAD in order to do that.
Should be possible if I stop the flow
