Hi to all forum members :)
I'm new to chromatography. I would like to know whether there are columns and kits ready for sample preparation and detection of amanitin or other mushroom toxins in serum/urine.
I'll be grateful for any useful links as well.

Thank you

I do not have the specific information that you need, but here are a few things to look at:

For sample preparation of serum or urine samples, check out the Oasis applications handbook on the Waters website. It goves you plenty of generic information how to go about the tasks that you need to accomplish.

Amanitin is a small peptide that can be analysed on a good modern C18 column with a water acetonitrile gradient with 0.1% TFA. Again check out the website for columns that are recommended for this purpose.

Your info is the starting point I needed. Thank you!
