Sample manager trouble on Waters H-Class UPLC

We have serious issues with the sample manager of our Waters H-Class UPLC.

A few days ago, when we wanted to inject samples, injection simply did not happen when starting the run. The error message told us that the sample syringe cannot be directed in the Z direction. We checked the syringe but it looked fine
After a few restarts , the problem became even more weird. Injection did not start, but no error message was displayed. After a few trials I realized that in the moment when injection should happen, the following message is diaplayed for a few seconds in the Sample Manager controller:
Column Manager: Initialize: No Function Text

Could someone who has experience with H-Class UPLCs help out? Thank you very much
Hi,

You've probably had a service call at this stage? I'm assuming between the syringe drive or controller has been replaced to fix your issue. Never encountered an issue with the syringe Z axis. Unless the needle has been wrapped around or catching on something and preventing it from moving correctly.
Please let us know your outcome and fix.
