anyone got the experience of oligonucleotide analysis ?
Typically one analyzes single-stranded oligonucleotides smaller than ~ 18 bases by reversed phase and by anion-exchange if they're larger. Anion-exchange is the method to use for double-stranded oligos. What exactly are you trying to separate from what?
