Empower Report to show Results Not Signed Off

Hi,

Is it possible to create Empower Report to show Results Not Signed Off

Or to do it with a view filter?

I would say your best bet is to use a report.

Create a new blank summary by all report.

Drag the Sign Off Table under the Tables menu item of the report editor onto the report.

Set the columns in this table as you wish (for testing, I used sample name, result ID, and Signoff date.

Ensure that the table is setup to print blank columns.

This will give you a list of all results which you can select from the result tab to see if they have been signed off. If there is no sign off date, then the result has not been signed.

Extra step:

Add a data filtering condition to the data table created above that used "Sign Off Full Name = [blank]", where the [blank] is actually nothing specified in for the equals portion of the field.

Now, only results will show in your report where the sign off name is blank, which indicates that the result has not been signed.

We actually do both and we have an additional view filter that shows what has received a 2d level sign off. We have that and our "unreviewed" filter (indicating 1st level only) setup to key in on injection #1 of S0101 which results in just one line per result set. Very handy in larger projects.
