Communication error GC 17A

My Shimadzu GC 17A is presenting a communication error with the following message : "Please restart the GC and the analysis window [1070]".

The software used is the GCsolution Version 2.32.00 .

What to do to correct this error ?

First off, have you done the obvious: restart the GC. If the error repeats, reboot the computer. If the error repeats, check all the connecting cables.
