Anyone know of any third-party HPLC instrument repair services in the Atlanta area? Supplier's service cannot guarrantee sooner than 48 hours, and our QA isn't comfortable with that, wants us to explore other means of service for that facility, may even want to purchase a back-up HPLC for them. Their personnel is not experienced enough to be able to handle repairs (such as autosampler rotor replacement, piston seal replacement) yet, and we've suggested manufacturer's training class in Atlanta and to stock common repair parts, but wondering if there exists such a service in that region.

I think Thermo has been getting into that line of service, but I don't know if they're doing it in Atlanta.
Thanks,

Looks like a business opportunity!
Wish I could move back there, and had the capital.
