Waters 2695 pump lubrication

Hi all, Could anyone tell me what type / grade of grease and oil you would use to lubricate the pumps on a Waters 2695 HPLC? I was having some synchronisation problems between the two pumps on my system so stripped the pumps down to check the bearings inside and need to replace some of the grease and oil that has been removed during the process. Our system has an older oil lubricated pump and a slightly newer grease lubricated pump - I'm not sure why it is fitted with two different pumps but this has worked well for a number of years. From what I've read I probably need a lithium grease and a light oil but further details would be useful. Realise this system is almost obsolete but your help and advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Christine

triflow grease. You may need to replace the entire torpedo if greasing does not work

Some time in the past the torpedo or pump was replaced. As the 2695 has two torpedo's, one or both can be replaced when you have issues. Also, ensure the CPU battery is good/New. It can impact flow if it isn't replaced once a year. Sync issues again can be the pump or the Pump PCB. I'm assuming you verified the connections to the Pump pcb and checked the micro fuses on it.
