Help with old Dionex pump

I have an old Dionex HPLC system. It is the big gray box with the GPM-1 pump on the bottom and the UV detector on top. The front panel on the pump has stopped responding. None of the buttons are working. This happened before, and there was a hidden reset button that I pushed to reset it, and it worked again. Now I can't remember where the hidden button is! :oops:
HELP!
