Hello,

I have a problem with Chemstation (HPLC Agilent 1200 Infinity). Our autosampler bugged during injection. Since then it does not inject and says "Waiting for ready on remote line" - no cable was changed, just CAN cables were unplugged and plugged back. I tried TEST/BOOT sequence with 8-bit configuration switch, but didnt help. And right now the main problem is, that it says "Power failure".

Have anyone experienced something like that?

Thank you!

John
Hello

1.Put 8 switches as they were before
2.unplugged CAN cables, remote cable so you'll have only sampler
3.Switch it on

It should go through initialization procedure and after it should be ready (LED diode will be off)

Watch the sampler during initialization to see if it has mechanical problem.
If you have red light (error) straightaway after power on - it could be power supply (or fuses if you have new multisampler)
