Dear Experts

I am facing problem in analysis of TRAMADOL BASE by HPLC . I need advise from experts how to do analysis . At present I am doing analysis as per TRAMADOL HYDROCHLORIDE EP .

What kind of problem do you have: retention, peak shape, LOD, matrix interference?
What are your conditions: column, mobile phase, detection, etc?
