We have a Varian 1079 PTV injector and I want to use a large volume injection of a BSTFA/ACN mixture and a derivative.

Do I need to pack my liner with something like chromossorb? or just inject 10-50µl in splitless mode let's say 80ºC and then raise my temperature to 350ºC?
