Negative peak in GC system

My question is simple..
What is the reason that I see some of negative peak in my GC system..
It would be really helpful if some brief comment on this matter.

To make a long story short - there are thousands of reasons!

Give more details on analytes, columns and detectors and maybe I can give you an intelligent answer! :D
