Archon 8100 - Autodrain

We have an EST Archon 8100 that is going into autodrain after the water probe rinse instead of at desorb on the concentrator. It was suggested that it may be a bad board. Everything else seems to function properly. Is there a setting for it or maybe we have a loose wire...I just can't believe it's a bad board. The instrument was working a couple weeks ago, and now after moving it to another room...this happens. Any ideas would be great. Thank you.

Go to system, diagnostics, remote inputs, and go down to desorb drain. Is it open?

Try watching that screen while trying to run a sample and see if it closes early. If it does close early, there could be an issue with your communication cable or the concentrator.
Good luck!

Through another menu we were able to switch it to closed (although in this view it still showed as open) and the runs progressed as expected, so I think we've solved it. But why this changed just from moving the instrument to a different room is beyond me. Thank you for the help!
