I have been facing clogs in the ESI needle in our Q Exactive quite often. I've done some modifications in the method I am running, like reducing the temperature of the probe from 300 to is 150oC and setting an stand by mode with the mobile phase dripping into the probe in a low flow 0.050mL/min but the issue persists.

I would appreciate any advice in this matter!
What is composition of mobile phase?
What is concentration of analyze ?
Are there any salts preset ?
