The People's Socialist Republic of Austin, TX has finally killed our old, beloved Sciex 3000 by jacking the business electric rates through the roof. We're looking at a smaller replacement system, such as the Quattro Micro, but have no experience and know nothing about them. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with these systems? We primarily run pesticides and small molecules, and never need a mass range greater than 2000

I have used a Micromass (pre Waters) Quattro Micro coupled to Aquity HPLC for pesticide analysis. It worked well and is still in service. It sounds like my application is the same as yours.
