i want to extract allopurinol from human plasma samples. i am really stuck because i have a problem with its method development. i have tried some methods but in vain.

has anybody worked on this before, and can you tell me the method development for allopurinol, which was sucessful for you?

what was the mobile phase etc u used in hplc?
