Issue with Galaxy CDS v1.9 system.

We just did some change using Galaxy Config Manager of Access rights and some other config changes on the GC.

Started to receive this message:
"Assertion failure(d:\compilation\server_18\include\deplhi\olympmons_userutils.pas, line 278"

Can anyone provide some direction on how to resolve this?
