LC SOLUTIONS chromatogram integrtion error

Hi,
I am using the LS SOLUTIONS Software for two years now and now I get for the first time an error when I am trying to run the batch in order to integrate my chromatograms and to calculate my concentrations.
The software gives an error "read file closed" referring to the method file.
Does anyone know what the problem might be and how can I solve it?
