Carboxylated Cannabinoids Deteriorating

I am currently running an Agilent Infinity 1220, with a Restek Ultra AQ C18 3um column in it in order to quantify cannabinoids. The method starts with 70:30 methanol:water at .3ml/min and 50 degrees Celcius and transfers over to 100:0 methanol:water at .3ml/min and 50 degrees Celcius. We include 50 uL of formic acid in each liter of both the methanol and the water.

The problem that we are running into is that after a few months, the peaks of both CBD-A and THC-A deteriorate completely. Fronted and minutes earlier specifically. All of the other cannabinoids are perfect in both retention time and area.

Any ideas?
