Hello

Can any body tell me about the stereo selective analysis of compounds by lc-ms/ms, Is it possible to separate and quantification of stereo isomers? can we use normal phase chromatography?

Yes, we did chiral analysis of metolachlor using normal phase chromatography with a Waters 2695/Quattro Micro system with the APCI inlet. It worked very well for us. As a reference, please see Kent Kablers ACS 2003 Presentation on the subject. His presentation focused on water, but we were able to adapt the technology for residue determinations on dried crops and sediments.
