ApexTrack help with over-integrated baseline

Hello,

I am running a series of samples on UPLC which decrease in concentration from Step 1 sample to the last Step 10 sample, i.e the amount of drug in Step 10 is typically 0.10 mcg. I'm finding that nearly all of my Step 10 samples are taking in baseline to the left and right of the peak giving not only a distorted peak but an incorrect amount (like 0.5 mcg which is incorrect).
I need to use APexTrack to process these samples as its fixed in the method and I have tried several things to help with this integration:

Inhibit Integration to the right and left of the peak.
Change peak width
Tangential Skim to cut off the extra baseline
Gaussian Skim to achieve the same
Touchdown and Liftoff changes

The only thing from the above that worked was changing Liftoff/Touchdown values, but the knock-on affect of this is that the high values applies to ALL injections in the run, cutting a good chunk off the base of the narrower standard peaks in my bracketing injections, reducing area, therefore miscalculating the concentration. I cant seem to find a middle ground to solve this issue. The column is new, the system is washed down regularly, can anyone suggest something with the APexTRack I can use to help with this issue?
